Unopened & Unused Products: Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all packaging intact and seals unbroken.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot accept any returns.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a replacement or full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
Gift cards or promotional items.

Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning non-damaged items. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired credit card), store credit will be issued.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
5. Exchanges
